| Home  Shipping | | Shipping | Our HTPC systems are custom-built within 1-2 weeks of your order and shipping takes 3-5 business days. Shipping costs for a system are a flat $75 to ship anywhere in the US. Shipping costs for parts and accessories are dependent on the price of the purchased item. All our products ship insured.
Return Policies: NinX is dedicated to your satisfaction and we stand behind the quality of our computers. We provide a 1 year parts & labor warranty. In addition, if you aren't satisfied with your computer you may return the working system for a credit that you can use towards another purchase from our online store. Simply contact us to receive instructions on returning your purchase. The following conditions apply:
Shipping is Non-Refundable: A 20% restocking fee applies (provided item is repacked according to factory standards & without excess wear). Returns are accepted only on items with a minimum purchase price of $100.00.
Shipping Policies: Shipping to and from NinX is at the customer’s expense and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location. All items are shipped insured. At this time we ship only to US destinations.
